Sora, Donald, and goofy travel down a long road that meanders through endless fields, and come to a crossroads.

As Sora stands in the crossroads, he gazes up at the night sky and thinks of his lost friends. Just then a mysterious man approaches from down one of the branching paths.

“Ahead lies something you need,” he says, “but to claim it, you must lose something dear.” When the man vanishes, only a single path remains, The path to a mysterious fortress called “Castle Oblivion.” In the coming journey, what will Sora and his companions gain, and what will they lose?

He is Not sure, where he will end up next. The only thing that he’s worried about…is the promise that he had made to Kairi.

A fourteen-year-old boy and the hero of this tale. In his last adventure, sora was chosen as the Keyblade master and saved the world, but only at the cost of being separated from his closest friends. He now journeys to find those friends and return home with them. Although a little naive, Sora has an uncanny sense of justice.

Donald Duck
Donald finds himself at a crossroads with Sora and Goofy.

Along the way, a note from the king is with Pluto.

Donald, Goofy and Sora end up at Castle Oblivion after following Pluto through the fields.

Wondering whether or not to enter the castle, they decide they must go in after meeting up with a black mysterious hooded character.

“But to claim it, you must lose something dear.”

What is it that Donald, Goofy and Sora have to give up in order to claim?

The court wizard who serves the king of Disney Castle. He is journeying with Sora and Goofy to find the king. Donald is talkative, moody, and a bit short-tempered.

Riku
After being stuck in his own island, Riku wondered what it would be like to explore other worlds.

When darkness took over his island, Riku experienced that feeling of being off his island.

After being mixed up with Maleficent and darkness, Riku was saved by his friend Sora. Although the two didn’t stay together, Riku stayed with King Mickey to seal the door.

But where is Riku now? Is he still with King Mickey?

Is he able to control the darkness?

A fifteen-year-old boy who is best friends with Sora and Kairi. Mature for his age, Riku is cool and collected. To save the world, he chose to remain in the realm of darkness.

Kairi
A young girl who was separated from her two friends.

She was born and raised in Hollow Bastion, which is known as Radiant Garden. Kairi later ended up at Destiny Islands where she become friends with Sora and Riku.

After finding out that she was a princess of the seven hearts, she and other princess were saved by Sora by thrusting the keyblade into this heart, unlocking the hearts of many.

Sora made a promise to Kairi that he would return to her, but now she’s waiting alone on her island for them to reunite.

A fourteen-year-old friend of Sora and riku. She awaits their return to Destiny Islands.

King Mickey
King Mickey is the king of the Disney Castle.

He left the castle in order to fix chaos that was going on around other world.

Upon his way, he left Goofy and Donald in charge to help the Keyblade master.

Now, King Mickey is with Riku in a crossroads. Can King Mickey help Riku get rid of the ranging darkness?

The king of Disney Castle who relaized what was happening in the world and went on a journey to investigate. He stayed behind in the world of darkness together with Riku, and continues his journey separately from Sora and friends.

Namine
Namine is a young girl who is a special nobody.

Namine is a part of Kairi and shares some of her personality traits.

This nobody can draw on her notebook and create memories that weren’t even there.

She can re-create, remove and add memories. This process can affect the person whose memories are being tampered with and those around that person.

Namine appears to be very concerned and helpful, but what happens when she is captured by Organization XIII?

Will she do as instructed, or will she find away out of Castle Oblivion before making a choice that can affect others?

…And what exactly is the Organization planning? Why does this involve Namine?

A mysterious girl who draws pictures under the Organization’s surveillance inside Castle Oblivion. She may hold the key to Sora’s most special memories…
