(NEW YORK, February 2nd 2012) – The official Kingdom Hearts portal for Japan has been redesigned from the Kingdom Hearts series.

The Kingdom Hearts portal contains direct links to each official website within each title that was released. Not only does it directly transfer you to the title’s official website, but you can also access a special page for characters, screenshots and release information.

(NEW YORK, February 1st 2012) – Part of our new layout, we have an additional announcement.

KH-Recharged is working towards new features that can connect guests within Twitter, Facebook and other social feeds within our news section. Guests can have the option to share Kingdom Hearts news across almost any social website that is out there. For an example, you can share updates on Facebook, twitter, Stumble Upon, Reddit and Delicious. We also have the Facebook “like” button.

Additional (reason for this update) members can now comment using their Facebook login. When you head over to “read more” you have the option to connect with Facebook or use our old comment system. This will give our visitors a new option to connect with the Kingdom Hearts series. Give it a try today – and let us know your feedback.

(NEW YORK, January 31st 2012) – Hey everyone, it’s DJ Firewolf again. Now that we see the end of January, it’s time for a new playlist for the radio!

With Valentine’s Day coming up, it’s time for more sentimental and heart-warming music. From Dearly Beloved to A Whole New World, this month’s playlist is featuring endless love songs from all corners of the Disney and Final Fantasy spectrum. Additionally, with the North American release of Final Fantasy XIII-2 occurring today, the playlist will also feature the soundtracks of FF13 and it’s sequel. Even if you’re not into Valentine’s Day, you can still cherish the music from your favorite Disney movies! Enjoy the radio, everybody!

The Reality Shift function for this game shares similarities to a shotlock/D-link type of attack where the player can merge with their equipped Dream Eater spirit(s). (NEW YORK, January 27th 2012) – As we get closer to the release of Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance in Japan, an official announcement regarding the special tenth anniversary box has been revealed.

The mysterious “10th Anniversary Box” was mentioned on the Square Enix e-Store. A recent update regarding the anniversary pack has been updated through the official website for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance (found in the Spec section).

The lineup has been revealed. To a surprise, Kingdom Hearts fans have mixed expressions for what’s included in the Kingdom Hearts tenth Anniversary Box. Not only is Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance included, but previous titles such as Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days have been added to the box set additionally. Among the games included, 12 Postcards, original design protective case for the Nintendo 3DS and a special box with 10th Anniversary designs is packaged as well.

The Kingdom Hearts 10th Anniversary Box has been priced for 195 USD and is available to pre-order at the Square-Enix e-store. This box set is expected to release on March 29th 2012, along with the physical title for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance.

Confirmed just this week; Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance will be released on March 29th 2012 in Japan. Following this date, the OST for Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance will release on April 18th. The OST price is ¥3,800 (approximately $50.00). Songs from the OST includes composed music by Yoko Shimomura and also from Takeharu Ishimoto (The World Ends With You) in this three-disc soundtrack.

(NEW YORK, January 19th 2012) – Rejoice Kingdom Hearts fans! Square-Enix recently announced that Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance will arrive on Japanese shores on March 29th, 2012. You may either choose to buy the hard box copy or the limited edition box set which includes a special edition Nintendo 3DS system and the game itself for 6090 yen.

Among this question, we’ve been approached with some information in regards to Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance and the 10th year anniversary for the Kingdom Hearts series. So will KH3D will be equipped with a system that utilizes wireless transmissions?

Nomura: There is a mini game where you can compete against other player’s Dream Eaters via ad-hoc wireless to upgrade your Dream Eaters. These competitions occur differently than normal battles. It’s a system that we’ve wanted to try before.

The expectations are rising for fans who want to know the release date and whether or not there will be a special edition release.

Nomura: Please wait just a little while longer for a formal announcement.

Will the ending of this title also be a heart wrenching one?

Nomura: The ending for KH3D is a little unusual, the plan up until now had been different… But every once in a while I think, it’s good this way. In fact, the first ending I thought up quickly became no good due to various circumstances, but now the ending is something that I worry quite a bit about. As a result, we tried to do something unique for the ending this time. Incidentally, the secret movie will be shorter. Though it is short, like the Re:Coded secret movie, it will connect to the next shocking developments in the series, so please look forward to it.

Additional information based on the secret ending from Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance has been brought to our attention by KH13 member “Oishii”.

- KH3D is in the final stage of production.
- There will be a special 3DS bundle announced but we’ll have to wait for it.
- KH3D’s release date will be announced soon.
- A surprise announcement for the 10 year anniversary of the Kingdom Hearts series will be coming.
- KH3D has an ending that will be shocking, and unconventional for the series.
- The ending that was originally planned for the game was not approved.
- KH3D’s secret ending will connect to a future game in the series.
- The secret ending of Re:coded, and the secret ending of KH3D will tie in together.

And following all the information above, we’ve recieved even more information from Duckroll from Neogaf, via KHInsider.

- In the opening movie, the top screen will feature a VisualWorks CG movie, while the bottom screen depicts traditional 2D animation of Mickey’s silhouette moving around! This was inspired by his actions in Sorceror’s Apprentice. As such, what he does at the bottom screen will influence what happens at the top.

- You can use the Dream Eaters you’ve collected to battle against another’s via adhoc communication! The battle system is different from that of the in-game command deck, like a minigame of some kind.

Controlling either Sora or Riku, you may perform versatile moves known as a “Free Flow Action” (resembling Reaction Commands in previous installments) and utilize a “Link System” to fend off the hordes of Nightmare Dream Eaters you will encounter on your journey. (NEW YORK, January 11th 2012) – The new issue of V Jump Magazine has surfaced with a new article from Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance.

Among the confirmed worlds from this Nintendo 3DS title; today we have learned that Fantasia is another new confirmed world. Screenshots from this world is included in the new issue, along with some new content from the world “Tron Legacy”.
